Opening Times

The office is now closed until Wednesday 2nd January. However, we are still working away so all email enquiries will be dealt with promptly. 

Weekdays 9am - 5pm (Closed Bank Holidays)

We do not currently offer pickup from our London offices. The London offices are admin offices and we hold no stock there. We do not have a public facing shopfront,  we are online only. 

Orders placed on the site outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day.

Returns Address

Please note that we do not accept any returns to this address, we are not a physical shop, and we do not stock products at any of our London admin offices. To discuss a return please call or email us, and if appropriate a returns number willl be allocated to you. You will then be given an address to which you can ship the goods. The returns address may be one of our northern warehouses, or directly back to one of our manufacturers warehouses. Each case is unique so please contact us first. Any items shipped back to us without authorisation will be rejected immediately.

Sometimes it’s just easier to send a quick email to have a question answered, and so we have a team that responds to your questions online too. Send us an email to the following [email protected] and we will reply within 4 hours. Even if you email out of hours, you can expect an answer within 8 hours.
