Replacements: What dates are you available to receive the replacement items ?
Notes: We will aim to collect faulty items at the same time as we deliver the replacements but this is very often not possible. The most typical scenario is that we ship replacements with one courier to get them to you quickly, and because the fault has to be logged with the manufacturer, the faulty item is collected by us or the manufacturer using a different courier on a different day.
