Delivery Information

At we try our best to make sure that all deliveries to the UK Mainland arrive next working day, however we cannot accept responsibility for late delivery or failure of goods to arrive after entering the delivery courier network. We use all the major couriers and as a result we are affected by a very small percentage of 'Lost-in-transit' or misdirected mail.


All shipments are on a standard next business day delivery (Monday - Friday)  9am - 6pm. Orders placed on the site outside of business hours which are 9am to 5pm will be processed on the next business day.

When placing orders on the site, please note that we ensure that debit and credit card orders have cleared before we ship goods. If in doubt, please call or email us and we will be able to let you know whether your order was shipped.  

The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address on the order placed.

The customer is also responsible for ensuring that they are available to take delivery between 7am and 6:30pm on any working weekday, as couriers will not specify exact delivery slots. 

If a courier is unable to deliver your shipment, they will attempt to deliver a second time.

If delivery fails the second time they will return the item to us and you will then be subject to further delivery charges before your item is released.

We are currently not offering Paypal options. 

Delivery Cost

We currently have free shipping within the UK for all customers using Bank Transfer method and spending £350 ex vat or more in the checkout.

All orders are £6 ex vat delivery charge, regardless of quantity, unless you use Bank transfer method. So if you order 1 item or 100 items, your delivery will be £6 ex vat. At this point we do not offer collection facilities at our London offices, or distribution warehouses. 

International Shipping

We can ship products to almost anywhere in the world, and this is a service that we provide to our many corporate customers on a daily basis. If you want an item shipped to a European or Rest Of World location please complete this  International Shipments Form  and we will respond to you within 4 business hours.  

Over Delivery / Extra Shipments

In some scenarios, couriers and or our suppliers can accidentally over deliver goods, for example you have ordered 1 desktop, and they deliver 2 desktops to you. In these circumstances IT-Supplier are notified at the end of the working day, and we then have to arrange collection of the goods from you. To save the hassle of rearranging collection , and you having to be available for that collection by the couriers, please simply decline the delivery of additional items when the courier first arrives. You can make the courier aware of the quantity that you ordered , and reject the rest, and they will then take the goods back to the depot and return to the supplier as over shipped. This saves us time, and you hassle. We really appreciate your assistance when these scenarios occur.
