Business terms and conditions of sale apply to persons purchasing for use primarily within or for a business. Examples - small businesses with or without VAT number, medium and large corporate companies, Schools, colleges and all other educational institutions. A Reseller that purchases for the purpose of selling the goods to one or more parties is also a business customer.
